At BIOTRONIK, I led the annual regional budget process and coordinated recurring forecasts. I set timelines and priorities, directed contributors, presented to management and worked across finance, country teams, BI and central data specialists.
My leadership was cross-functional: I owned delivery within the process, rather than formal line management. I built support for changes, made unresolved dependencies visible to senior sponsors and helped users put new tools into practice.
I also work hands-on. Customer-data rules, Python automation and Qlik reporting let me test an idea, understand its constraints and make better implementation decisions. Earlier accounting and business-analysis work at CNH Industrial / IVECO grounds that approach in finance.
For my next role, I want to combine this delivery experience with a broader transformation remit and people management. I’m continuing my development through the CAS Prozessdigitalisierung at ZHAW.
