Initiated the research, built Qlik prototypes and evaluated how one maintained reporting base could generate country and functional packs on demand or on schedule.

At BIOTRONIK, I led regional planning delivery across finance, country teams and IT. I set priorities, directed contributors and connected technical decisions to the needs of management and users.

I also worked through resistance: when a country team lacked capacity for data cleanup, I returned with demonstrated benefits and secured their participation.
